JB CAST Terms of Service

JB CAST is a product of Jalsha Bangla and is operated by Jalsha Bangla.

By using JB CAST or connecting a supported third-party platform, you agree to these Terms and the JB CAST Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You may use JB CAST only if:

• you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
• you are authorized to use the connected provider account;
• you are authorized to publish the selected content;
• your use complies with applicable law and provider rules.

If you use JB CAST on behalf of an organization, production company, creator, brand, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

2. What JB CAST Provides

JB CAST is a content publishing and operations application.

Depending on available provider capabilities, JB CAST may provide:

• content preparation;
• platform connection management;
• scheduling;
• publishing Queue management;
• provider publishing;
• publication verification;
• Publishing Ledger history;
• supported analytics.

Not every feature is available for every platform.

3. Third-Party Platforms

JB CAST may integrate with services operated by third parties, including YouTube/Google, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok.

Those services are independent from Jalsha Bangla.

Their own terms, privacy policies, API rules, quotas, restrictions, moderation decisions, account policies, and technical availability apply.

JB CAST cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will:

• approve an application;
• grant a permission;
• increase quota;
• publish content;
• keep a particular API available;
• keep an account active;
• maintain a particular analytics feature.

4. YouTube Terms

When you use YouTube-connected features through JB CAST, your use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Use of YouTube API features through JB CAST is also subject to applicable YouTube API Services policies.

5. Provider Authorization

JB CAST uses supported provider authorization flows.

You are responsible for reviewing permission requests before granting access.

When the production Disconnect flow is enabled, supported provider access is designed to be disconnectable through JB CAST where supported; users may also use the provider’s own account controls.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you own.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to publish content through JB CAST.

This includes rights relating to:

• video;
• audio;
• music;
• images;
• performances;
• trademarks;
• copyrighted materials;
• commercial content;
• branded content;
• AI-generated or synthetic-content disclosures.

Do not use JB CAST to publish content that you are not authorized to publish.

7. User-Controlled Publishing

JB CAST is designed around explicit user intent.

You are responsible for reviewing:

• publishing destination;
• title;
• description/caption;
• privacy/visibility;
• provider-specific metadata;
• scheduled time;
• applicable disclosures.

before approving a publishing action.

8. Publishing Status

A queued or scheduled item does not guarantee successful publication.

JB CAST may show states such as:

• Ready;
• Waiting;
• Scheduled;
• Needs Attention;
• Processing;
• Failed;
• Published.

JB CAST only treats provider publication as confirmed when sufficient provider-side evidence is available.

9. Scheduling

Scheduling depends on:

• the local computer;
• JB CAST availability;
• network availability;
• provider authorization;
• provider availability;
• provider rate limits or quotas.

If the required local service or computer is offline, locally executed scheduled work may not run at the intended time.

10. Analytics

Analytics shown by JB CAST are based on provider data available through supported APIs.

Analytics availability and definitions may differ by provider.

JB CAST does not guarantee:

• views;
• engagement;
• reach;
• revenue;
• growth;
• performance.

Provider metrics may be delayed, removed, redefined, or unavailable.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use JB CAST to:

• violate applicable law;
• violate provider policies;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• impersonate another person or business;
• publish unauthorized content;
• distribute malware;
• steal credentials;
• scrape provider login sessions;
• reuse stolen cookies;
• bypass provider API restrictions;
• evade quotas or rate limits;
• falsify provider approval;
• falsify publication status;
• falsify analytics;
• interfere with provider services.

12. Credentials

Never send Jalsha Bangla support:

• your provider password;
• one-time passwords;
• raw access tokens;
• refresh tokens;
• app secrets.

JB CAST support should never ask you to provide these items through ordinary support channels.

13. Privacy

Use of JB CAST is subject to the JB CAST Privacy Policy:

14. Data Deletion

Information about Disconnect, revocation, and data deletion is available at:

Deleting JB CAST-held data does not automatically delete content already hosted by a third-party platform.

15. Availability of Platform Features

Platform features may be disabled when:

• provider approval has not been granted;
• required permissions are missing;
• account eligibility requirements are not met;
• an API is unavailable;
• a secure provider integration dependency is not available;
• provider policy prevents use.

The existence of an internal code path does not mean a provider feature is commercially available.

16. Intellectual Property

JB CAST software, product design, branding, documentation, and related Jalsha Bangla materials are owned by or licensed to Jalsha Bangla, except for:

• user-owned content;
• third-party provider trademarks;
• third-party software governed by its own license.

17. Changes to the Service

JB CAST may be changed to:

• improve functionality;
• maintain security;
• comply with provider changes;
• comply with law;
• address defects.

Material changes to privacy/data practices will be reflected in the applicable Privacy Policy and user disclosures.

18. Suspension or Restriction

Jalsha Bangla may restrict managed JB CAST services where reasonably necessary due to:

• security risk;
• fraud or abuse;
• legal requirements;
• provider-policy violations;
• serious breach of these Terms.

19. Third-Party Availability

Jalsha Bangla is not responsible for independent decisions or outages of third-party providers.

This includes:

• API outages;
• provider policy changes;
• content moderation;
• account suspension;
• provider processing delay;
• quota restrictions;
• review decisions.

20. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JB CAST is provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jalsha Bangla is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by:

• third-party platform outages;
• provider policy changes;
• failure of a provider to publish content;
• provider account restrictions;
• user-controlled device failure;
• loss of user-managed backups;
• content-rights disputes caused by content supplied by the user.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory legal rights applicable to the user.

23. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated where reasonably necessary for:

• legal requirements;
• provider requirements;
• security;
• product changes.

The Last Updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
